    Frequently asked questions

    How long does physiotherapy treatment last?

    The duration of treatment depends on the type of appointment. For a first appointment for a new complaint, we use 60 minutes for a comprehensive screening, intake and examination. For follow-up appointments, half an hour is often sufficient.

    What does physiotherapy treatment cost?

    The cost of physiotherapy treatment depends on the type of appointment and the treatments required.

    An initial consultation often consists of two parts and lasts 60 minutes on average;

    1. The first part consists of the screening, intake and examination at €55 so that a proper diagnosis can be made.

    Can I claim the cost from the health insurance company?

    At JUNO we choose to work "contract-free" (i.e. we do not sign any contracts with the Health Insurance companies). This means that you will first receive and pay the invoice for the treatment yourself. This can be done in cash, by pin or through a payment request immediately afollowing treatment.

    You then submit the invoice to your health insurer yourself for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies per health insurer and per policy. So always check your policy conditions first and/or mail your health insurer to find out where you stand in advance.
