OSTEOPATHY FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN
Are you looking for specialised Osteopathy for Babies and Children in Tilburg? Then you have come to the right place at JUNO Health & Wellness.
Osteopathy for Babies and Children
Treating babies and children is different from treating an adult. A child, especially a baby, often cannot indicate where it hurts. Again, the osteopath will fully examine the child for loss of movement in order to find the cause of the symptoms. Here, only gentle manipulations are used.

Treatment of babies and children
A visit to the osteopath can be quite exciting for both the child and the parents. Therefore, it is nice to prepare your child for the visit to the osteopath so that he or she knows what will happen. You can tell your child in advance that the feet, legs, tummy, arms, neck and head will be touched and that this will certainly not hurt. The pants (or the nappy in babies) may be kept on during this.
You can always bring some toys of your own or a book to read to them. Many children feel comfortable when they can play with their own toys or when they are distracted by the parent.
